The Needlework group was established in 2004 and meets monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 2.00pm. The group enjoys a pleasant afternoon as members knit and crochet, or work with sewing needles, whilst conversation flows, or contemplation of tricky stitches occurs. Our new venue in Floryn House, Yarnton is light and airy and comfortably accommodates the group of up to ten.   Whilst our own projects can be worked on, many members join the communal effort in producing twiddle-muffs for dementia patients, and soft knitted toys, baby hats and blankets which are destined for hospital or charity outlets.
